- 1 cup (240g) crumbled cake (any flavor, store-bought or homemade)
- ½ cup (120g) frosting (cream cheese or buttercream)
- 12 ounces (340g) white chocolate or candy melts
- Edible white sprinkles (for the golf ball texture)
- 12 lollipop sticks

- In a mixing bowl, combine crumbled cake and frosting until well mixed.
- Scoop out small portions of the mixture and roll into balls (about 1-inch in diameter).
- Place the cake balls on a lined baking sheet and chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes until firm.
- Melt the white chocolate or candy melts in a melting pot or microwave in short bursts until smooth.
- Insert a lollipop stick into each chilled cake ball, then dip it into the melted chocolate, ensuring it is fully coated.
- While the chocolate is still wet, sprinkle edible white sprinkles over the surface to create the golf ball effect.
- Place the decorated cake pops into a Styrofoam block to hold them upright as the chocolate sets.
